NICOP (New or Renewal)
For a NICOP application, you will need:
Birth certificate
Your valid passport
A recent passport-size photograph (white background)
Parents' NADRA cards (front and back)
If applying for a child, you will also need the child's birth certificate issued in the UK.
POC (Pakistan Origin Card)
For a POC application, you will need:
Your valid passport (non-Pakistani)
Birth certificate
Marriage certificate (if applicable)
Parents' or spouse's NADRA card
A passport-size photograph
Proof of Pakistani origin (parents' or grandparents' Pakistani documents)
FRC (Family Registration Certificate)
For an FRC application, you will need:
NADRA card photographs of all family members (front and back)
Applicant's photograph
Death certificate (if applicable for deceased family members)
Passport Renewal
For a Pakistani passport renewal, you will need:
Your current NADRA card (front and back)
Parents' NADRA cards (front and back)
Parents' passports
Your resident card or UK visa
A passport-size photograph
Visa Application
For a Pakistan visa application, you will need:
Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
Passport-size photograph
Travel dates (departure and return)
Departure and landing port details
Parents' full names
Address in Pakistan where you will be staying
Power of Attorney
For a Power of Attorney, you will need:
Executor's NADRA card
Attorney's NADRA card
Two witnesses' NADRA cards
Passports of all four parties
Signatures of all four parties
NADRA Card Cancellation
For NADRA card cancellation, you will need:
NADRA card (front and back)
Passport photograph
Reason for cancellation with supporting documents
Photo Tips
Many applications are delayed because of poor quality photographs. Here are some tips:
Use good lighting — natural daylight works best
Ensure all text on documents is clearly readable
Photograph documents on a flat, dark surface
Make sure there is no glare on laminated cards
For passport photos, use a white or light background
Do not worry about exact sizing. We resize all photographs to NADRA specifications as part of our service.
