Overseas Pakistani is an independent third-party agency that assists individuals with a comprehensive range of services related to Pakistan. We are not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the government of Pakistan, NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority), FBR (Federal Board of Revenue), or any Pakistani embassy or consulate. Our service fee covers the preparation, verification, formatting, submission, and/or consultation for your application or enquiry.

3. Services Provided

We provide assistance across the following categories:

  • Identity Documents: NICOP, POC, FRC, Passport renewals, NADRA Card Cancellation
  • Certificates: Birth, Death, Marriage, and Divorce certificates
  • Legal Services: Court representation, Succession Certificates, Land Grabbing / Property Disputes, Power of Attorney

  • Umrah Services: Complete Umrah packages from the UK
  • Visa & Travel: Schengen Visas, Pakistan Visa, Ticket Bookings

4. Application Process

When you submit an application or enquiry through our platform:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents.
  • We will review and verify your documents before submission to the relevant authority.
  • If any documents are missing, unclear, or incorrect, we will contact you to request corrections.
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the relevant authority's workload and the completeness of your application.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
  • For consultation-based services (legal, tax, Umrah, etc.), we will contact you to discuss requirements before any work begins.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include our service fee and government fees where applicable. Payment for fixed-price services is processed securely through Square. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

  • Payment must be made in full before your application is processed.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Additional fees may apply if the relevant authority requires supplementary documentation or resubmission.
  • Consultation-based services (legal, Umrah, some tax services) may have bespoke pricing discussed during the consultation process.

6. Processing Times

The processing times displayed on our website are estimates based on typical processing speeds of the relevant authorities (NADRA, FBR, courts, embassies, etc.). These are not guaranteed timelines. We submit your application promptly, but the actual processing time is determined by the relevant authority. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

7. Document Accuracy

You warrant that all information and documents provided are true, accurate, and belong to you or the person on whose behalf you are applying. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in application rejection. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Overseas Pakistani acts as an intermediary between you and the relevant Pakistani authorities (NADRA, FBR, courts, embassies, etc.). We are not responsible for decisions made by these authorities regarding your application, including rejections or deferrals. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Travel services (Umrah, visa, flights) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, and travel providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Overseas Pakistani and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
