Refund Policy

1. Overview

We understand that circumstances can change. This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our services. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

2. Same-Day Cancellation — Full Refund

If you cancel your application on the same day as your payment and we have not yet started working on your application, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

3. After Work Has Started — Partial Refund

If we have already started processing your application (verifying documents, preparing your submission, etc.), a partial refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will depend on how much work has already been completed on your application.

4. After Submission to Authorities — No Refund

Once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority (NADRA, FBR, courts, embassies, etc.), we are unable to offer a refund. This is because government fees are non-refundable and the submission process cannot be reversed. This applies regardless of the outcome of your application.

5. Application Rejection

If your application is rejected due to an error on our part during submission, we will resubmit your application at no additional cost. If the rejection is due to incorrect information provided by you, no refund will be issued.

6. Consultation-Based Services

Services that begin with a free consultation (legal services, some tax services, Umrah packages, ticket bookings) do not involve an upfront payment. Once you agree to proceed and payment is made for these services, the standard refund terms above apply. Free consultations carry no financial obligation.

7. Travel & Umrah Services

Umrah packages and travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas) are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and travel providers. Refund eligibility for travel services will depend on the terms of the individual providers. We will assist you with cancellation requests, but refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to cancellation fees from third parties.

8. Attestation Services

For translation and degree attestation services, refunds follow the same general policy. Once translation or attestation work has been completed, no refund will be issued. If attestation is rejected by an authority due to our error, we will reprocess at no additional cost.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your tracking ID
  • Your name and phone number used for the application
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 to 5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
